About OKCC

Old Kilpatrick Community Council has been active in the village for some 30 years.

Community councils play an important role:

  • they bring local people together
  • they talk to West Dunbartonshire Council and other agencies about issues affecting the area
  • they are run by local people
  • they must be consulted regarding planning applications
  • they are consulted on a regular basis on a whole range of other issues by West Dunbartonshire Council

Community Councils depend on local people taking an interest in the place they live - get involved!

Meetings and Events

We meet monthly in the Napier Hall on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm (except July).

Our meetings are public - all residents are welcome!

International Women's Day Coffee Morning

9 March 2019, 11am, Napier Hall
Come and join us to celebrate International Women's Day in the company of friends, family and neighbours.
An inspirational guest speaker, a bit of getting hot and bothered with a salsa and a bit of telling us what you'd like to see in the village.
